In short
A FitMate.co plan comes from a few answers: goal, 2–6 days a week, 30–90 minutes, gym, home or calisthenics, experience level and notes such as injuries. With FitMate Pro the AI builds a personalized plan and changes it by chat; on Free you get a ready-made template. You log every workout with your previous result next to each set.
How the plan is made
A few answers
Goal, days per week (2–6), session length (30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes), place: gym, home or calisthenics, and experience level.
Your notes
Add what matters: an injury, the equipment you have, exercises you dislike. The plan takes them into account.
Today’s workout
The plan is spread across your week. When you open the app, you see today’s workout and your progress for the week.
What you can do with the plan
- Change it by chat (Pro) — e.g. “I only have 45 minutes” or “swap squats, my knee hurts”.
- Edit it by hand — add, remove and swap exercises, sets and reps.
- Train outside the plan — a one-off workout with the exercises you choose.
- Save templates — save your workouts as templates and reuse them.
- Bring your coach’s plan — send us the plan file (a note, a PDF) and we add it to the app within 48 hours.
A plan that sees your diet
Training is half the result. In FitMate.co the plan, the workout log and your diet live in one app, so the weekly report shows them together: how many planned workouts were done, how many days you stayed on your calorie target and how many steps you took.
FitBanana, the AI progress review, looks at that data and suggests specific plan changes — such as swapping an exercise or a new goal — that you apply with one tap.
